I was hoping this would help with dryness, but my skin still felt dry after using it. It also kind of had that no-real-person-behind-it feeling, like it was just another generic product and not something made with much care

I was able to find what I was looking for without too much trouble, at least for the stuff I needed. Checkout was straightforward too. A couple pages did load kind of slow on my end, though I’m not sure if that was the site or just my connection. Overall, it worked fine and I’d use it again.

I just couldn’t deal with the scent. It was really strong. It also smelled kind of weird on my face. I washed it off after a few minutes. Definitely not for me

I wasn’t really happy with the customer service. The person I spoke with didn’t seem very interested in helping, and their tone came across a bit dismissive. It just didn’t feel like they cared much about fixing the issue.

The skincare itself seemed fine, but the packaging threw me off. The box showed up a bit crushed, and one of the lids had leaked a little, which made me wonder if it had been handled badly or maybe wasn’t sealed properly to begin with. For the price, I expected it to be packed way better. Not the worst experience, but definitely kind of annoying.

I picked this up from Go-To because I kept hearing how gentle it was, so I’m a bit confused by how my skin reacted. After using it, my cheeks felt stingy and tight, and the redness just kind of stuck around for hours.

Maybe my skin is more sensitive than I realized, but after a few tries I decided to stop. For the price, I was expecting something a lot calmer and easier on my face, so yeah, disappointing.

The shades looked just like the ones I had chosen, which was a relief. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d order again, as long as I’m not in a big hurry.

It helped a bit, but I wouldn’t call it a miracle or anything. Kinda decent overall, just not as impressive as I was hoping.

It’s not the cheapest option out there, but it does last a while and feels worth it for my skin. I did feel a little dismissed when I had questions about it, which was frustrating, but the product itself has been good overall.

Returned it and still haven’t had the refund sorted. Whole process felt useless, honestly.

I mean, shopping on gotoskincare.com was mostly okay overall. The site looks nice and, like, I was able to find the products easily, but a few pages did load a little slowly for me here and there.

The checkout part was simple enough at first, but then I had to go back and change something in my cart, and yeah, it felt a bit clunky. The shipping info was there, but it wasn’t super obvious right away, so I had to look around a little.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not exactly amazing either. I’d probably order again if I already knew what I wanted, but I wouldn’t say the whole process was totally smooth

I’ve been using this for a bit and, to be fair, the ingredients do seem clean and my skin has been liking it so far. I just think the price is a little on the high side for what you get. Still, if the quality matters to you, I can see why it might be worth it.
